< NX2 PROFILE MAKER 2.0!!! >
Ok so, here's something fun for the community:
If you break your NX2 profile at this time, you really can't register a new one anymore. This heavily cripples the WorldMax in both NX2 and NXA along with not unlocking some songs, etc.
Thanks to an anonymous donor, this tool will take a supported flash drive (the 0x58F alcor micro flash drives) and edit a blank nx2save.bin and nx2rank.bin for them along with letting you set the name, avatar, etc. Pass is : thebiggestkillerinamericanhistory.
No, there are no options to modify other stats. This is simply to help those who end up breaking their profiles or need to make a new one.
This is not for cheating (even though I realize pumbi for NX2 is dead). It can also be used to change your name, avatar, and/or serial from already
existing NX2 profiles because these functions are not available anymore.
As a side note, NXA will use this profile fine and generate a new profile based on the data you put in for NX2, so it works for that as well
Instructions - You will need VS2010 C++ redist for this.
1.Get a supported flash drive with an Alcor chip in it (I buy cheap little JetFlash Transcend 2GB flash drives from work for like $3).
2.Get the serial number off of the flash drive (I use a program called "CheckUDisk" for this).
3.Run the program with the included files and set the Serial number, ProfileID, and Avatar index (check the AV folder with the program for the number you want).
A little math Equation (Using MiniSpikes NX2/NXA drive):
Side note: If NX2 PumBi ever comes back online, these profiles will most likely get blacklisted so I wouldn't try them.

Oh, btw, if anyone wants to know exactly what flash drives will work with all games (the ones with Alcor Micro Corp. chips in them), go here:
< http://flashboot.ru/index.php?name=iflash >
and under where it says "VID", type '058f' and you will have the full list of flash drives that will work for NX2-FiestaEX.
From the sheer volume of available models to choose from, it seems that it would be practically impossible to not find at least one of these on the list.

most cannot remember minutia learned at school

Indeed, sir - it's not there on the blackboard, it's what they don't tell you.
Posted by: dancefreak on 11:29 CST :: 8/20/2011
Is it actually possible to get all the unlocks from NX2/NXA without access to pumbi nowadays? I remember there being a bug preventing the last 20% of worldmax being inaccesible on NXA without logging into pumbi first, if so would it be possible to have a workaround for that? (Ive already finished both worldmax's so its not a big deal for me but might be for those who havent yet...)
Posted by: Guest on 17:10 CST :: 8/20/2011
I'll ask around and see what the deal was. If anyone happens to have a completely unlocked nx2 and or nxa profile, I'd love to see it for a couple of reasons...

question: Im dumb enough for not to understand this, so, will this help me to get my NX2 USB that got fomatted back to work?
Posted by: Guest on 21:15 CST :: 8/21/2011
Yes - you obviously wont have your old data, but it will work.
Just find your USB serial number like the instructions and run the program, fill out the information, and copy the two files to your usb drive.

Thank you sir. I would just like to point out that your Records in the Rank Table for NX2 (the NX2Rank) file are corrupted... It would probably only be noticeable via pumbi if it was still active, but I thought I should point that out because everyone elses rank table comes out fine and yours has a bunch of very very very large numbers (much larger than those values should be). Also, because your CRC matches the current CRC, the last thing that saved the rank (either a machine or PumBI) was what corrupted it.

Thank you, Already did it, I will try the USB stick tomorrow and I will let you know if it works

can i bought some barricade with this program or just change avatar ?
thank you before for the answer
Posted by: Guest on 09:08 CST :: 8/26/2011
From what I could tell, barricades were only bought with NXA. I don't think there was an item shop that was operable for NX2...
Posted by: mozart1000 on 12:45 CST :: 8/26/2011
yes i mean in NXA
i know NX2 don't have any customization
Posted by: Guest on 14:50 CST :: 8/26/2011
This tool only generates nx2 profiles. NXA profiles would be generated by NXA with these nx2 files on your flash drive. Therefore, no modification could be made to add things that NXA automatically adds later.
Posted by: Freirito on 19:58 CST :: 8/26/2011
Once you have your NX2, NXA generates the files inmediatly but i guess no with the same name im not pretty sure
Posted by: Guest on 20:53 CST :: 8/26/2011
Freirito is correct... actually the way they do it is terrible - they raw copy all the nx2 garbage to your nxa profile and leave it in there after copying valid locations. To be honest, and yes I'm going to be completely honest, there _is_ a way to add that stuff to the profile but I'm not going to release it because of something coming down the road very shortly. you'll see
Posted by: Freirito on 09:55 CST :: 8/27/2011
Now i remember this usb (a test fiesta usb) came with NX2, NXA files and a PUMBI logo (so weird) i tried to use the USB on NX2 but nothing happened but the files are still in blank (13kb and 31kb) just in case you wanna try

Posted by: Guest on 10:54 CST :: 8/27/2011
The NX2 profile files don't work because they are encrypted like fiesta instead of nx2. Why they would include these I have no idea. NX2 is expecting a review area that isnt encrypted and a completely different layout besides nx2rank which is set up like the newer files encryption-wise. A very interesting find sir...
Oh... the profile is blank btw.
Posted by: poto007 on 10:58 CST :: 8/27/2011
Hey its not working for me I did check the serial created the profile and copied the files to the usb, went to the arcades yesterday but it didnt work by any chance do you need to format the stick with certain file system or something else?
Posted by: Guest on 11:02 CST :: 8/27/2011
whats your serial number on the usb drive? Also, are you sure this is a supported flash drive?
Also, send me a copy of the files you made and I'll figure out the problem
BTW new version uploaded (1st Post). Better blank profile and fixes a bug when you edit an existing profile but still send that profile poto.

Just tested the thing today. It worked really well with my Transcend USB. I'm so happy now. Thanks a lot!
Posted by: Guest on 06:59 CST :: 8/29/2011
I'm glad it works for you
Posted by: poto007 on 12:45 CST :: 8/31/2011
My serial # is: G9PMCYM8 and it is a "PIU branded" Stick so it was supported at one time. Also Im adding the copy of the files so you can let me know what I did wrong thank you for your help.
Posted by: poto007 on 12:46 CST :: 8/31/2011
Sorry for the double post but I cant upload files on another server due to proxy issues, heres the second file.
Posted by: Gard on 13:29 CST :: 9/02/2011
I'm tempted on trying this, since the Fiesta machine around here is 1.01 I'm having a really hard time making it read any of the drives I've tried it on.
If I'm guessing right, making a NX2 profile with this program on a compatible drive will make it "act" like an official pump USB? So that way the Fiesta machine would have zero problem on letting me use it? :S
I would tbe thankful if you can answer my question here, cheers.
Posted by: Guest on 19:28 CST :: 9/06/2011
No not quite. All this does is make official (lol) nx2 profile files. This will not help you if your usb drive doesnt like working with fiesta. Thats something completely different.
Posted by: Guest on 19:29 CST :: 9/06/2011
Also poto I fixed your profile files. As suspected, it had to do with a bug that I fixed in version 2 of the profile maker.

thank you so much Sir, I will try them now. Appreciate it!

Can someone help me with the password? I don't know what it is...
Posted by: Guest on 23:52 CST :: 10/23/2014
I canŽt find the link for the 2.0 version in filedropper
Posted by: Guest on 21:23 CST :: 12/18/2014
Does anyone have the 2.0 version? The filedropper link is dead and i think the original attached version of the profile maker still has the bug. I can't get the machine to read my profile >.>...
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Posted by: Guest on 23:18 CST :: 12/18/2014
It's right there at the first post, guys.
"Download attachment [ PH File Download ]
File size: 1167KB
Number of downloads: 196"
"Pass is : thebiggestkillerinamericanhistory"
Posted by: Guest on 00:15 CST :: 12/19/2014
I've used that and I haven't had success making my usb work with the machine... which led me to thinking that it may have to do with the bug he mentioned in later posts.
He said he updated the first post with the new version but if you click on the 2.0 link, its dead.
If you've had any luck getting it work, feel free to show me how you did it with that attachment.
Oh and another reason why I think its not the updated profile maker: The files in the rar are dated from the time he made the original post.

Try to use this one: < https://www.facebook.com/groups/mxpumpers/543791579019259/ >
1. Delete nx2_save / nx2_rank / nxa_save / nxa_rank files (Or format as FAT32)
2. Disconnect your USB
3. Open .exe as Admin
4. Connect your USB USB

Has anyone managed to make it so you can get a 'complete'(re: all unlocks) profile?

I appreciate the link! I'll get back to this forum after I try it out later today

Hello,i use this and it works,but i can not use items,why?
Posted by: s34n on 17:08 CST :: 9/07/2017
If the creator still cares about this project and would like applying a fix, see below!
There is a weird bug where if you use numbers in your name, some weird stuff happens. I.e. If I use "s34n", the USB screen looks kinda garbled and my scores save as "34", not "s34n". If I enter "SEAN", my USB profile page looks like "SEAN 93", but my scores do save as "SEAN". I haven't tested with all 8 characters, but maybe it's an issue with white-spacing, not really sure! This was tested with an existing profile created by the machine, for profile renaming only.
