Yes, it's still factory-sealed, with the plastic wrap, just like an American CD you'd buy in a store.  I never opened it, since I already had a copy of my own before I got this one.  

So, it's $100 for Partyboy, at the moment.

I'd be surprised if Partyboy actually ponied up that much money for a CD, haha.
