Im basically mirroring my topic from R21Freak, because i couldn't find help there. Hope PH would be my saviour.

Hi guys. I was wondering, is there a way to upload some new content on Pro2? Our small community has been playing it for 4+ years and it became kinda boring. And there's no way we get new mix/cab because we live in a country with ~120$ av. salary and our arcade is semi-dead.

So, is it possible to "refresh" it? If yes, then what do i have to do? Like, gather simfiles onto a flash drive and use service menu, or i'll need to mount the cab's HDD into a PC?

Also, im pretty sure it is possible. For example, i found this video on YT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Otgb5AWFmo

On R21freak i was proposed to try ITG2 way, tried it, but it didnt work out.

Please  help??  If anybody knows, where should i look for information, of has a guide, or knows someone i could msg for help - i'd be very grateful.

On the dev HDD`s of the game they just used the ssh keys to dump whatever they wanted into the drives. If they wernt using that then they were using the beta arcade data of pro2.

However fairly recently (about this time last year I think) The game itself was finally cracked and mirrored with full functionality like loading unencrypted archives of songs and etc... so. You just need to find someone who can give it to you and then drag and drop your songs to the hdd.

Eh... Well, you made it easier and harder for me. Easier because now i dont see a point in trying to understand HDD contents, since its all crypted. And harder because i dont know, where do i look for the cracked game/someone who has it. The only thing comes to mind is bemaniso, but i dont have the account to log in  :(

Any chance you know someone i could reach out to?

Pretttttty sure that the data cracked recently wont be on bemaniso, Everyone kind of jumped ship on posting pump stuff there. (Dont feed pigs, eat them!)

Just google search "pump it up Pro 2 download" and odds are you will find the old dump.

Or hell. Use StepF2 like everybody else since it has quite literally everything ever.

You meant this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPgoyOARgMk
that seems like a stepmania mod. Theoretically i could try to go the way you proposed in "How to put stepf2 on your cab", with this instead of stepf2. But i tried to play a bit on my PC and this build crashes pretty often and pops up error messages, which is not an option for arcade. Also, i doubt MK9 can handle Win7 properly, which means i'll have to upgrade it(and paying money to upgrade arcade property is not the thing i wanna do). Or PIUIO/IO2KEY drivers support WinXP? That could be the solution.
