Me and my friend are starting a little pump site with our friends and we have been putting the videos on rapid share but out friends are haveing trouble with it so i was wondering wats a better host for free or cheap.

the biggest was 27mb (dignity full mix) and right now i have like 12 videos

If it were something temporary, I'd offer to host it for you... but if you're planning to use it as content for a full-on site, you might have to bite the bullet and make an initial investment. You can't use Yousendit or Rapidshare on a real site... it's just... no. You could consider using Google Adsense as a source of income to pay for the site (and even more) like I do here at PH. If you pull that off, it's a win-win situation.

True, but with making any kind of site, even just for friends, it's always a really bad idea to depend on free hosting servers if you're going to be incorporating videos as a main part of your site.

yea well probably end up paying but gotta look around and pick one thats good for us. but its up for now and they just have to deal with rapid share to we get a better one

I have heard great things about this place for hosting. for a .com name its like 9 bucks a year. A website I post at is using this service as there hosting and they say it works great. :D
