Well, Exceed was broken today (why is it always PUMP that's broken?!?), so I tried out ITG2 for the first time.
I now have a new favorite non-Pump dance song.
I loved Da Roots but I was screaming that in ITG2 there'd hopefully be a Celtic song that's just as fun, but considerably harder. Now, Fleadh Uncut is everything I prayed for. On Hard it's a very difficult 8, with long drills, and on Expert it's a respectable 10, with non-stop runs that go perfectly with the violins, but you never have to twist or double-step. And it sounds like it's taken directly from Riverdance. This song gave me goosebumps every time I played it (which was at least once on every credit). Best score on Expert: 70.23% (B-).
Vorsprung Durch (a remix of Vivaldi's Spring) is really cool too, with lots of triple-tapping on Expert. Best score: 71.54% (B-).
And FINALLY I passed the farking Anubis Expert! 70.41%, B-. Kind of odd since I failed it on ITG1 with 73.55%, but a pass is a pass, and the chart at the end actually pointed out that I "Barely!" survived the section with all the 32-note clusters.
-------------- Current piano projects: None atm.
Some of my performances: Feux D'artifice, by Claude Debussy, La Cathedrale Engloutie, by Debussy, Nocturne in B Major, Op. 62 no. 1, by Frederic Chopin, Ballade no. 1 in G Minor, by Chopin, Amberley Wild Brooks, by John Ireland, Prelude in D Minor, Op. 28 No. 24, by Chopin
Show me a person who describes anything as "overrated", and I'll show you a person who's run out of good ideas.
